The Flat:
A large, 2-bed, 1-bath 2nd-floor walk-up located at the Foot of the Walk. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished: dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, microwave, dishes/utensils, sofa, chair, and communal desk/chair (not pictured). The flat is really well connected to public transport and there are lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops, including a Tesco Superstore nearby.

Rent: £700 monthly
Council Band: B - £74 pm
Utilities (gas/electric/wifi): ~£68pm (depending on season)

The Room:
Furnished room will include: bed, side table, cupboard, and very large closet.

You:
Looking for a woman/non-binary/gender fluid/etc (just not a man, sorry) professional (no undergrads). Requirements: 25+, respectful, follow weekly chore chart, tidy, and accepting. No smoking or vaping in the flat please.

Who you'd be living with:
A woman in her early 30s and a friendly cat. Office worker (9-5 schedule) and works from home 2-3 days per week. Vegetarian. Interests include reading, music, boxing, kdramas, and social activism.

Interviews/tours will be conducted on Oct 10. Then 2 weeks for a background check per our landlord.
