Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 3-bed flat in Tollcross, as I’m moving out. The other two girls will be staying, so you’d be joining an existing flatshare 😊

* Around 15 minutes’ walk to Haymarket & Princes Street
* Lots of bus links on the doorstep
* Very central with loads of great pubs, restaurants & cafés nearby

* Sharing with two girls in their early 20s
* Lovely, spacious living room with lots of natural light
* Flat is kept clean and tidy
* Access to a huge shared community terrace used by a few surrounding buildings — perfect for sitting outside in summer ☀️

* Council tax: £59/month per person

The flat is in a really central location and is ideal if you want to be close to The Meadows while still being within easy walking distance of the city centre. Would be perfect if you’re looking for a friendly and social flat, but with plenty of space for quiet time too!
