Double Room in Abbeyhill / Calton

Sitting Room

Hello! I’m moving out of my flat and looking for someone to take over my room.

The room:

The room is a spacious double with lots of storage space, room for a desk, and a lovely view of the local park.

The flat:

The flat is a two-bed, first-floor flat and is furnished. There is a large living room with bay window, a big kitchen with a dining table and space to store bikes, and one bathroom. There is also plenty of cupboard storage in the hallway.

It is located in Abbeyhill, near to Easter Road and Calton Hill. There are bus stops one minute away from the flat on many bus routes, making it really easy to get around the city. There are large supermarkets (Lidl and Sainsbury’s) within 10 minutes walk.

Who you’ll be sharing with:

Caitlin is a 25 year old professional who has lived in the flat for 10 months. She mainly works from home, and travels to the office every couple of weeks.

She enjoys going to the theatre and cinema, reading, swimming, walking and crafts, such as sewing.

Bills:

Bills are split evenly and come to approximately £175 each per month.

• Council tax - £190 per month
• Gas and electricity ~ £140 per month

The room will be available from 31st October, but I could move out earlier if needed. We will do a change of tenancy with the letting agent.
