Lovely Double Room in a Spacious Flat Near the University of Edinburgh 🌿

Hi! We are Fernanda, David and our lovely 6-month-old daughter, Olivia. We are a small, friendly and very quiet family looking for a considerate and friendly person to share our home with.

We are both from Chile. I’m an **architect**, and David is currently doing his **PhD at the University of Edinburgh**. We have been living in Edinburgh for a while and really love our neighbourhood.

The flat is in a fantastic location, just a **5-minute walk from the University of Edinburgh, The Meadows and Arthur’s Seat**. It’s also an easy walk into the city centre.

Our home is **very spacious**, with a large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and one shared bathroom. The building also has a **beautiful shared garden**, which is a lovely bonus, especially in the warmer months. 🌿

The room available is a **comfortable double bedroom with a double bed**, with plenty of space for your belongings.

We are a **very quiet and relaxed household**. We enjoy having a peaceful home and keeping things clean and tidy, while also being friendly and sociable. As we have a baby, our home is definitely a family environment, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable living with a young family and who is respectful of our quiet routine.

We would love to find someone who feels at home here rather than simply having a room to rent. 😊
