Spacious Double Room in Central Broughton

We’re looking for a third flatmate to join our lovely flat from 1 November.

We’re two professionals looking for someone who wants a comfortable, friendly and fairly social home. We both work full-time and enjoy having a nice balance between doing our own thing and occasionally hanging out together.

The room is very spacious and the flat itself has a large living room and all the usual amenities you’d expect, including a fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer and plenty of shared space.

The flat is in Broughton, in the immediate surrounding of many cafes, Tesco, Lidl, and it’s around a 10-minute walk to Princess Street.

The available room is £850 per month.

Bills are approximately £121 per month covering:
-Gas & Electricity
- WiFi
-Council tax

Bills are split equally between the three flatmates.

Students are welcome, but please note that you would need to be willing to cover your share of the council tax.

Move-in date is 1 November. Unfortunately we cannot be flexible on the move in date, so we’re specifically looking for someone who can live in from 1 November.
