Double Room in House with Private Garden

Large double room in 3 bedroom flat in Inverleith.

I am renting out a room in my property on Ferry Road, Inverleith. Its a large double room on the first floor, overlooking the rear gardens. Being at the back and with double glazing means you don't hear ferry road at all.

The property is a maisonette, which means the ground floor is separate property, and the upper floor plus attic conversion is my place. So on the same floor as the available room is the living room, second bedroom, bathroom (shared with just one other person) and kitchen. My room, study and bathroom are part of the attic conversion so its almost like I have my own flat upstairs.

I currently live here with one other lodger, a professional male around 30, and my dog. However, I plan to spend a lot of time away this winter so for significant periods it will just be you and the current lodger.

The house is very much a quiet safe space - not a party flat. We like to go out to socialise and come home to rest and relax.
