Looking for someone to take over my lease along with my partner for a flat on EH16, Edinburgh (joint-tenancy).

The bedroom is larger than the second bedroom and would comfortably suit a single person (male) or a couple. The flat also has a separate living room, shared kitchen, bathroom and shared garden.

Even if you are student you are expected to split the council tax so keep that in mind.
