Double Room available in end terraced house. Built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table aswell as double bed. in the room Fully furnished property, with large kitchen and secure back garden

Room is available immediately.

Professional who tries to keep a regular routine. Sometimes work from home sometimes away. Depends what needs done. I’m not a party animal. Like a pint or nip of whisky now and then. I’m quiet (I think), clean and tidy. As it’s a 2 bedroom property I will be the only other sharing. Happy for short term or long term stays.

edit: Temporary house guest in form of German Shepherd will be in the house. He is extremely friendly with no issues. Has passed all assessments including around kids Please see image added. (foster from a rescue i volunteer with. any questions welcome) He will be rehomed as soon as forever home is found. (He’s only here instead of kennels)
