We’ve got a gorgeous en suite room with a walk in wardrobe available in our lovely two-floor flat in Stockbridge! Sadly, our friend is relocating to London so we’re looking for someone to move in at the beginning of November.

About Bee and I:
- professionals who love being outside and soaking in the sun. We love hanging out with friends, hosting dinners and get togethers, travelling, reading, and watching programmes.

About you:

The rent is £735, council tax is £64/month and monthly electricity and gas bills are £50, and monthly wifi is £11.

The room is incredibly spacious, and the bathroom has a standup shower and a bathtub. The walk in wardrobe has space on both sides of the wall, and the room is on the second floor of the flat. The carpet in the room is renovated along with the carpeting on the staircase.

The kitchen is massive, with a separate door that separates the kitchen from the rest of the house. It has laminate wood floors, a big dishwasher, tonnes of cupboard space, gas hob, electric oven, two espresso machines, and a fridge and freezer. There’s also a laundry room with a new washing machine installed last year.

The living room and entryway hall is original hardwood floors with so much sunlight, a gas fire place, high ceilings, and pre-decorated by my flatmate and I ;) All windows in the flat are double glazed, and we’ve got incredibly powerful heating and gas showers with great water pressure.

The flat is in comely bank. We’re a 5 minute walk from the waitrose and the coop, we have tonnes of access to lovely cafes along raeburn street, and we’re right next to Inverleith park for lovely picnics and sitting in the sun.
