2nd floor flat with two large shuttered windows, a shallow integrated cupboard, and plenty of floor space.
The flat has a kitchen with washer (no dryer), a toilet/shower room, and another toilet.
It’s a mostly queer flat (3 mid-20s women, 1 late-30s man, then yourself)
Mix of students and working professionals

Split council tax if working, but reduced because of students
Wifi - £7/month
Utilities - £25-£65 depending on the time of year

1-3 minute walk to nearby Sainsbury’s and Coop
