Double Room (En-suite) in 2 Bed Meadowbank flat

My current flatmate is moving out so I have a double room with an en-suite bathroom available. The room is a good size with built in wardrobes for plenty of storage. The flat is quite a new build so everything is pretty newly done and it stays warm in the winter.

Our council tax band is D and with wifi, power, etc. our bills typically come to around £170 each monthly.

The flat is in Meadowbank, right by Lochend park and a shopping centre with a Lidl, Sainsbury’s, a gym, home bargains and B&M. We’re also less than 10 minutes from Easter Road and have good bus connections into the city centre.

I’m Anna, I’m 24 and work as a civil servant. I typically work from home 2 days a week. I’m generally around the flat in the evenings and on the weekends as I like to cook, read and knit. I also love going to yoga and pilates, a trip to a museum or gallery, and will never say no to a quick pint.

For a new flat mate I’d ideally want someone between 22 and 30, preferably female.

I’m looking for someone happy to socialise around the flat or go out for drinks from time to time, but I also appreciate my own space. I’m fairly relaxed, but maintaining a nice cozy atmosphere in the flat is important to me, so I like keep on top of cleaning as much as possible.
