Shared living room, with desk set up if required. Full access to kitchen with oven, hobs, air-fryer, small dishwasher, washing machine.
Newly decorated shared bathroom, off street parking and good size rear garden.

Mon-Fri preferred, but not required. Professional or POST-grad student.
