I won't have any issues with your lifestyle, your schedule, or how you choose to live, as long as you are being reasonably tidy, and considerate of the shared space so that the flat stays comfortable for everyone.

I mostly work remotely from my room with every 3rd week being in the office entirely. Depending on the requirement, I'm sometimes more or less in the office accordingly.
