Short Term Let - Double Bedroom Available Nov/Dec

Double room available in my two bed flat in Leith :)

A 10 min walk to both the Shore and Leith Walk and on the 7/14 bus route so a bus to the city centre every 10 mins.

Room has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet and I also have a duvet, pillows, bedding and towels you can use too :)

I'm 31 year, full time employed for a music charity and pretty busy with work so I'm not in much.
Flat is quiet and has a car park space too.

Flat is available from around the 6th Nov until the second week in December. All bills and council tax included/ can also work rent out weekly if that suits better.
