Hello!
Myself and Clare are currently looking for a new flatmate (no students sorry :() in our Southside flat.
We're quite chilled out and try to keep the balance of friendly and respectful of each other’s space. We love having a gab and it would be great to have someone likeminded! Love sharing (attempted) baked goods when possible…
The flat has an open-plan living room/kitchen and a back garden with a clothesline. It's in a great location - about a 30-minute walk to the city centre, close to Arthur's Seat, the Meadows, and Cameron Toll, with plenty of bus routes from the main roads on either side of the street for easy access to the rest of the city.
Bills are working out roughly to be around £132 a month each at the moment (Council Tax Band D).
