Lovely Double Room – Sharing with Just One Profess

Hi! I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going flatmate to share my home.

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable mattress and built-in wardrobe, so there's plenty of storage space.

The house is cosy, well looked after and has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, private garden and on-site parking.

One of the best things about the location is being so close to Cramond Beach, which is less than a 15-minute walk away. Perfect if you enjoy getting outside for a walk or some fresh air!

A little about me:

I work full-time and share the house with my two French bulldogs, so you'll definitely need to be a dog lover! 🐾

I'm pretty easy-going and always happy to have a chat or a laugh, but I also enjoy my own space and respect other people's privacy.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who also works full-time, is tidy, considerate and easy to live with. I think it's nice when everyone has their own routine and space, while still feeling comfortable around each other.

It'll just be the two of us sharing the house, so it's a nice option if you're not keen on living in a busy house share.
