Lovely bright room in a student flat in Mayfield

My beautiful room in Mayfield is looking for its next resident!

The flat

The flat is an all-student flat, located ideally between central campus (20 min walk) and King's buildings (15 min walk). The common spaces include a nicely equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, a shared sofa room, and lots of storage space. The area has lots of nice cafes, pubs, libraries etc, and nature such as Arthur's seat and Blackford hills are within easy reach. There's a Tesco, Sainsbury's and Margiotta nearby, and Aldi, Waitrose, and a big Sainsbury's not too far away if you have a bike. The frequent buses will take you to the city centre in less than 20 mins.

The room

The room is spacious with its typical tenement style high ceilings and enjoys some lovely afternoon sun! It comes with a double bed, bedside table, desk and a chair, bookshelf, armchair, and a small chest/drawer. There's also a super handy walk-in closet with plenty of space.

The flatmates

Your flatmates would be three lovely guys aged 21, 22 and 30, all very friendly, studying politics, chemistry and physiotherapy. We have typically been quite busy with our studies and hobbies and live pretty independently, but will always stop for a chat in the kitchen and sometimes have a movie night/shared meal together. It's definitely more of a peaceful quiet flat than a party vibe, although everyone is welcome to bring friends or partners over!

Bills

On top of the rent, you'd be paying:
- around £60 for gas and electricity (based on usage)
- £10 for Wifi
- no council tax as it's a student flat

The room is also suitable for someone staying shorter term (just be aware you'd have to find yourself a replacement). Equally suitable for long-term living!

We are looking for someone friendly and considerate, willing to participate in the maintenance of the flat. The only non-negotiables are that you're a student (for council tax reasons) and over 20 years of age!
