Lovely room in a lovely flat!

Hi! I have a lovely room for sublet, available from now until after Christmas (end date flexible)🏡

The flat is in a great location in Broughton, close to Stockbridge and Leith, with lots of cafés, pubs and shops nearby, and a 20-minute walk into the Old Town ☕️

You’d be living with three flatmates, aged 27, 28 and 31. We’re all good friends and have a really nice, friendly atmosphere in the flat! We like hanging out together but we’re also independent and respectful of each other’s space. We keep the flat clean and tidy and are all pretty easygoing too 🌸🪴Vegetarians preferred but not essential.

We would prefer someone able to move in asap as the room is available from tomorrow 12th October.

Rent is £493.35 per month, plus bills which are usually around £100 - £120 or so 💸
