The room is fully furnished, with a desk, under-bed storage, and a south-facing window that gets great natural light. The flat has a washing machine and a shared, updated kitchen and bathroom.

The flat also has two very friendly, sweet, and sociable cats. When the current tenant is out, they'll mostly stay in her bedroom, but they're lovely company when she's home.
