Hi! I’m a first-year PhD student looking for a friendly, clean and considerate female flatmate to share the flat with.

The flat has a spacious double bedroom, a generous kitchen and a lovely bathroom. The bedroom comes with a double bed and wooden furniture, offering a comfortable space to relax and make your own.

A little about me: I’m a friendly and easy-going person who enjoys having a nice chat and creating a welcoming atmosphere at home. It would be lovely to live with someone I can have a cup of tea or a catch-up with after a busy day, but I also really value personal space and understand that everyone has their own routines and needs. I’d love for the flat to feel like a peaceful, comfortable place for both of us.

I’m looking for a female flatmate who is clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces. Students and working professionals are both very welcome! Ideally, we can keep the flat tidy, communicate openly and make living together an enjoyable experience.
