I’m looking for a female student or young professional to rent my private ensuite room in student accommodation in Edinburgh (EH7) for the full period.

Self check-in and check-out

Location

Around a 5-minute walk to Tesco Superstore and Lidl

Convenient bus connections to Edinburgh city centre

Rent & Dates

£300 in total for 19 nights

Available from 24 December 2026 to 12 January 2027

Luggage drop-off may be arranged on 23 December

Check-in around midday on 24 December

Check-out before midday on 12 January

A refundable deposit is required and will be returned after the keys have been returned and confirmed.

Please note that bed linen is not provided, so you will need to bring your own.

Please note that I will pack away and store my personal belongings during the rental period, so the room will be ready for you to use.
