Looking for a friendly student to take over my room in our lovely 4-bedroom flat in Newington, Edinburgh, from 1st January 2027, May/June 2027.

📍 Amazing location: The flat is in a really convenient location for student life in Edinburgh! It’s around a 10-minute walk to the University of Edinburgh’s central campus and has great connections to the rest of the city. The Meadows are also nearby, perfect for walks, runs, picnics or just relaxing outside when the weather is nice. Arthur’s Seat is also within easy reach for weekend walks and taking in the beautiful views over Edinburgh! There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets nearby too, so everything you need is close at hand.

🏠 The flat: The flat has four bedrooms, a separate living room and kitchen, a storage room and one bathroom. Having a separate living room is lovely as it gives us a space to hang out together, watch films, cook or just have a chat after a busy day at uni.
👭 Your flatmates: You’d be living with three lovely girls who are all 3rd year students — two studying Geography and one studying Environmental Geosciences. Everyone is really sweet, fun to be around, organised and easy-going, so the flat has a relaxed, welcoming and stress-free atmosphere.
💗 Who we’re looking for: We’d love to find a kind, considerate and cheerful student who would enjoy being part of a friendly flat. As the girls are all quite sporty and enjoy getting out and about, it would be lovely to find someone with similar interests! We’d also love someone who’s up for the occasional flat activity, whether that’s going for a walk or run together, cooking, watching a film or simply having a catch-up in the kitchen. Of course, everyone has their own routines, but we’d love someone who enjoys a sociable flat atmosphere while respecting each other’s space. 
Overall, it’s a lovely flat in a great location, with a really nice group of girls, and we’d love to find someone who will feel at home here!
