I’m a friendly, easy-going live-in landlord who works as a secondary school music teacher. Outside of work, I enjoy music, socialising and spending time with friends.

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy flatmate who is happy to have a chat or socialise now and again, but equally appreciates having their own space and independence.

I’d like the house to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to rent a room, with a relaxed atmosphere where we both feel comfortable.
