Seeking a short term professional working female flatmate to occupy the second room of my Edinburgh apartment. Well positioned flat close to the city with Inverleith Park and Stockbridge nearby. Amenities and services on the doorstep. Clean, bright and warm environment which is cosy and comfortable. No parties and no guests. This is a quiet and calm environment for both myself and my flatmate. I feel that over the years a female flatmate creates a better dynamic and living situation from my personal experience being a landlord hence why I have specified seeking female flatmate.

Tenancy agreements can be discussed at the time if a sudden change of circumstances leads to a quick move out. Rent can be deducted pro rata etc if that was to occur.
