Hello students, due to unforeseen circumstances and health, I am looking to find a tenancy takeover for my room at the Peppermill. This will be a tenancy takeover meaning you will sign a new contract for the remainder of the time this room was due to be rented by me. There is a chance to extend. The property is close to the Leath walk, many supermarkets, as well as a short bus ride or 20 minute walk to town. The property has several communal areas, including a library, a games room, communal kitchen a garden and a cinema. The room has a small kitchenette so you can cook in your room and comes with a kettle and toaster, microwave and induction hob.

There is a wide mix of students from several universities in Edinburgh and a lovely on site management team. All bills are included the only additional cost is laundry which is around £7 for a wash and dry.

You will benefit from a bike storage area and gated entrance that is of the main road. The room itself has a large window which overlooks the city.
It is a great place to meet new friends and to make use of easy access across the city. You can study in your room, or in the library and even book the private study space for group work or a long day of assignments.
