Affordable and spacious flat in Meadowbank!

Spacious 3 bedroom flat in Meadowbank. Located a street away from Meadowbank shopping centre and close to several bus stops. We have the biggest room available with a private shower and sink attached. We also have another room available that has an external wardrobe located in the hallway and would be sharing the bathroom with Sophie. There’s heaps of storage space in the flat, a big living room, a nice kitchen, a spare fridge in the living room and a car space. Myself and my other roommate are international and both moving back to Australia and America in December. The smaller room is available from the 3rd of December and the bigger one from the 1st. The remaining tenant is Sophie, a 24 year old bar supervisor from Glasgow that’s been living in the flat for a few years. We’ve had some great times in the flat and very sad to leave but would like to find someone that will get along!
Council tax split by 3- approx £41 each per month.
Electricity usually comes to £35 each per month depending on the weather of course.
Wi-Fi is approx £10 per month.
Our landlady will request bank statements, rental references and employment references.
