I’m looking for a student to take over my studio as I’m planning to move in with a friend and share a flat together.

The original advertised price is £520 per week, but I’m offering it for just £410 per week, saving £110 every week.

The studio is on the 6th floor with a lovely view and good privacy. It has a large window that can be fully opened, so the room gets plenty of fresh air.

All bills are included, along with free breakfast on weekdays and free weekly cleaning.

The building also has a very spacious common room with lots of facilities, including study areas, gaming spaces, a pool table and other entertainment facilities. There are also regular social events organised for residents.

The location is really convenient, right next to the canal, which is lovely for walks. There’s a bus stop just outside, and most places in the city centre are within walking distance.
