I am looking for a new flatmate to take a spacious double room in a fantastic city-centre location, on Thistle Street (next to George Street).

The apartment is on the top floor and is split over two floors with the advertised room being on the lower floor. The room is spacious with lots of natural sunlight. It has a double bed, a wardrobe and drawers for storage. Also comes with a desk to be used as a WFH station.

The shared kitchen/living room on the first floor is open-plan and has gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, shared bathroom and plenty of utensils.

The flat is in a fantastic city-centre location (just off George Street) with the majority of bars, clubs, retail and coffee shops all within walking distance.

Looking for a clean, respectful, outgoing young professional to take the 2nd room for the foreseeable future - Rent is £850 per month (not including bills - Council Tax Band D).
