Hi everyone,
I have a short term let (1-5 months) available from the 1.11.26 for a spare room in a furnished 2-bed apartment. Rent would be £875 all-inclusive of internet, utilities and council tax for professionals, or £775 all-inclusive for students. No bond is required, and I operate under the lodger scheme as a live in landlord.
The room has a double bed, built in wardrobes and a desk, and the main bathroom would be yours (I have an en-suite). I'm a 44-year old Australian male postdoc research scientist working at the IGC (University of Edinburgh) within the Western General Hospital. The flat is located at EH4 2UL.
The property features underground parking, a balcony, shared garden, dishwasher, under floor heating and high speed internet, with the washing machine located in the kitchen.
