Big, clean, roomy double room available in a shared professional flat in the Dalry/Haymarket area. We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy person who is willing to contribute to making this house a home together. Our flat is very chill, and the two of us who live here like to hang out, watch TV, cook, and play games, with an occasional wine night or night out at the pub. We also respect each other's need for alone time and hope to find someone with similar values who has a regular Monday-Friday routine.

The room itself has a double bed and includes a wardrobe, desk and under-bed storage.

The flat is located close to Haymarket station and offers great transportation links to the city centre and beyond Edinburgh. We are likewise closely located to supermarkets, shops, cafés, and Fountain Park, to name a few. The flat offers a shared kitchen and living room, toilet and bathroom, with wifi included; other bills are excluded, which tend to amount to £30-50 per month based on the time of year, and rent is split equally.
