A furnished double room is available in a bright two-bedroom flat in Edinburgh, EH4 2QJ.
The room includes a double bed, bedside drawers, chests of drawers and a desk.
The flat has a shared open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, with a corner sofa, TV and dining table. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The shared bathroom has a bath with a shower.
You would be sharing with one Italian woman, so there will be just two people living in the flat.
We are looking for a tidy, considerate flatmate who will help keep the shared spaces clean and comfortable.
Please message me through SpareRoom if you are interested or would like to arrange a viewing.
