Hi I’m Claire, and I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in this gorgeous Edinburgh flat, located just a stone throw from Union Canal. There’s a good pub about 5mins away, along with a Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury’s all within walking distance.

The room is spacious, benefiting from its own en-suite and walk in wardrobe, so plenty of space for clothes if you’re anything like me 😂. Bills aren’t included in the rent price, but come to around £172 a month. This includes gas/electric, council tax and WiFi.

You’d be sharing the space with myself, in the two bedroom flat. I’m 26 and from New Zealand originally, but have lived in Scotland 12 year. I like cooking, running, going to the gym, reading, and getting stuck into Celebrity Traitors.

I have a partner who lives in Aberdeen so some weekends you’ll get the flat to yourself, but likewise on some weekends he’d come down to visit.
