City Center Sublet - Rose St

Hi all,

I’ll be subleasing my room from the 25th of November until the 3rd of January as I’ll be heading back to Australia for Christmas - move in and move out dates are flexible !

Location:
The flat is in the heart of Edinburgh, on the corner of Rose St ( one back from Princes St) so you’ll have everything around you: Christmas Markets, Princes St Gardens, Trams, Buses and even a Greggs right below you.

Room/Flat:
The room is fairly sized with high ceilings, fitted with a couch, coffee table, tv, projector and storage for clothes and what not. Ideally I’d like someone to also water my plants whilst away :)) The room will come with bedding and all bills will be included.

You’ll be living with 4 others, all early 20’s. We’re all mates and work together so the flats pretty social, but we’re also respectful of each other’s spaces. There’s two bathrooms shared amongst us as well. We also have access to the roof if you’re wanting to smoke

Price:
Will be £600 for the month, this will obviously include bills etc.
