Room for sublet - Newhaven area

We have a room available from mid December in our 2nd floor Newhaven flat! The flat is close to the sea as well as parks, but also close (10 min cycle/bus) to Leith walk.

The rent is £500 and bills and tax usually come to about £110 on top of that (band C). The room is a good size and can discuss the furniture if you need some (currently there is different furniture in the room than pictured). If you are interested as a couple it will be £750 per month not including bills.

We are two women, both 27. We are both outdoorsy, creative, and working full time so like to be in a flat that is relaxed, clean, tidy etc - but also up for socialising, dinner parties and hanging out together! We’re keen to find someone that had experience of living with others and also cares about the shared spaces.
