Looking for a cosy space with great vibes? Join our 4-bedroom house, home to two PhD students in Physics and one undergraduate student. Sounds serious, but we know how to have fun, from weekend outings to hosting house parties!

We’re an international flat with Scottish, Greek and German flatmates, and I’m the Indian one who’s sadly moving out. I honestly wish I could stay, as living in this flat has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. However, I’m moving in with my partner, so it’s time for someone new to take my place.

Bills: Around £20–30 per month (covers for gas, electricity). around £9/month for Wi-Fi.

Location: Sainsbury’s is just a 2-minute walk away, and you can catch the number 34 bus within 3 minutes. Napier University and Heriot-Watt University are around 10–15 minutes away, while the city centre is about 20–25 minutes by bus (34 or 44).

Moving in early? That might be possible, so we can discuss it.

Furniture: Almost everything currently in my room will be yours to keep, except for my PC, guitar, keyboard and some other personal belongings.

TV and plants: I bought the TV and would like to sell it, but we can discuss that when we connect. As for the plants, we can negotiate on those too!
