1 Bedroom room in 3 bed flat available!

We are currently looking for a flatmate for a double room in the Lauriston area of Edinburgh. The flat is very bright and spacious with 2 bathrooms and an open plan living room/kitchen. The area is well equipped with transport links into/out of the city centre, as well as pubs, shops and cafes! You’d be living with 2 other girls - (19, full time working and 20, currently in 2nd year at university and part time job). We love to go for a walk/coffee, cozy movie nights in the flat, going out for drinks/dinner and cooking meals together, but also respect each other’s space/alone time. This would be ideal for a student or a young professional. We would love to have someone moved in by the 1st of December with all checks and documents signed by the 15th of November.
