Hello, I am looking for a couple to fill a double-room in a modern and bright 2 bedroom flat just off Dalry Road in Haymarket (EH11).

Rent is £900, not including utilities (normally about £140 a month). Available from approximately 18 December, 2026.

Location & Transport:

The flat is located about a 5-minute walk from Haymarket train station and the tram stop, as well as multiple bus lines, so it’s incredibly well-connected no matter where you have to go!

The area is quiet and boasts an abundance of great restaurants and cafes, as well as a big Lidl, big Co-op, and a Tesco Express for your weekly shops.

The Flat:

The flat is a spacious two bedrooms and two bathrooms, meaning the ensuite bathroom attached to the room will be used exclusively by you. The hall has 2 cupboards for extra storage, and the building has an indoor bike shed.

The kitchen/living area comes fully furnished with a TV, two sofas, an arm chair, a large coffee table, a dining table and two bookshelves. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, plenty of cabinets for storage, and the washing machine. It also comes fully stocked with a variety of cookware and plates, bowls, etc.

The Bedroom:

The room itself comes with a bed, a built-in closet, two bedside tables, and two chests of drawers. The windows (facing the Haymarket train station) have triple glazing, making the room well-insulated from the cold and noise.

About Me:

I am the current tenant for the second bedroom and have lived here for a little over a year. I am 28 and work fulltime in the city centre, though my hours vary and include some pretty disgusting early mornings. I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors (weather permitting), traveling and a good pub quiz.

I am looking for a couple in their mid-twenties (or older!) who are both working professionals and willing to share and respect communal flat-space by keeping it tidy and clean. I’d like a pair of considerate, friendly flatmates who enjoy a good kitchen chat and a peaceful, easy-going home.
