Hello, we searching for a new flatmate to take over this single room. The room is very warm, has a new mattress, a desk and it was recently painted
The flat is worm, clean and tidy. All bills are included except the electricity which is 50£ per month.
The location is 5 mins from Meadows park and close to Arthur’s seat. Plenty of supermarket close by, many buses and 20 mins walking distance to the centre.
We are 3 professional males and 1 female student currently living in the flat. We are clean, tidy and not really party animals. We respect each other’s space and time.
Ideally we searching for a female so we can have a more balance dynamic in the flat. Clean and tidy is a must.
