There is large downstairs bedroom available in a four bedroom house in Willowbrae, close to London road in the meadowbank area of Edinburgh. The house was built in around 1910 and house some of the original features of that time.
There is a garden at the back. The shrubberies are maintained by the houses gardener and the house is visited by a cleaner, although general cleanliness is appreciated. Also there is a lovely little cat.
We are looking for a new house mate. Not really particular who so long as they are easy to get along with within the living space and are courteous to other occupiers.
Currently the house is home to a chef and a digital artist/massage therapist.
The rent includes bills and Wi-Fi.
