Double room available

A double room available from December in a gorgeous flat broughton area. Ideally looking for someone long term but would consider a shorter let over Dec! £650 rent including wifi + £100 for council tax and then bills split between us on top (normally around £40 each during winter).
I enjoy exercise, coffees, walks and pastries! Not a party flat but so happy to have people over for dinner / drinks. Just looking for someone who is tidy & respectful!

The flat itself is spacious and well fitted out with storage. The double room has a wardrobe small drawers & desk. The flat has a big living room with TV & dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, welcome to bring some kitchen items as storage space but it’s already got everything. Also have a coffee machine! I have an ensuit so the main bathroom with the bath would be yours to use.

My boyfriend stays some weekends and brings his cute cocker spaniel to visit so have to be happy having a dog in the flat some of the time but he’s very friendly. I work from home 3 days a week so will be in flat most days!
