Double Room 5 minute walk from George Square

I'm moving out soon and my room will be available in a large, spacious Newington Flat directly opposite to the Queen's Hall. The windows face Arthur's Seat (it's a beautiful view) and we're on the main street in the city centre with everything available close by.

There are 4 flatmates that you'd be joining, all postgraduate students: Elliot, Will, Holly, and Jasmine. We're a very friendly flat and hang out quite often since we have a large living room. We're big on movie nights and dinner parties and just spending time together. We're also a pretty clean flat and would prefer someone who'd match that. There's no council tax since it's all students. UK guarantor is required.
