Wee cosy room in homely flat available short term

Furnished single room available in third floor flat in west city centre. The room is small with a single bed, but you have access to the rest of the flat, which is spacious and includes fully equipped kitchen, living room, and modern bathroom.

Primarily suitable for shorter stays - you're here for an exchange, in between flats, or for a holiday - but open to discussing longer stays with lovely people.

For shorter lets, the room is available for £45 per night, or £280 a week. For month or longer stays, the rent is £450 + bills.

The flat is occupied by me, and it is my home - and is always kept in a good, homely condition. I'm a writer and work in TV, so love all things that have to do with art - theatre, cinema, museums, books.

Having previously always shared flats, I'm used to cohabitating spaces, easy to get along with, and ensure to keep shared spaces clean (and would expect the same from you!)

The flat is located about fifteen minutes walk from Haymarket trainstation, or you have your choice of buses to take you into the centre in about ten minutes just outside of the door. The tram is also at walking distance, so it's super easy to get to the airport.
