Bright, furnished room in friendly 4-bed flat

I'm moving out of my lovely flat and in need of someone take over my room.

You'll be sharing with three others (one student and two young professionals, aged 23–24). The flat is fully furnished and, having previously been home to several art students, has lots of character.

The flat's surrounded by great local amenities, including bakeries, cafés, pubs and convenience stores. There's plenty of bus routes from just outside the doorstep, and we're within short walking distance of arthur's seat and the meadows.

Wifi is £10.99 per person per month, with other bills typically ranging from £30–80 per person depending on usage.

Ideally, we're looking for a young professional to join the household. The flat is in council tax Band E, with the current contribution working out at approximately £120 per person, split between the three non-student occupants, as one flatmate is a full-time student.
