Hello! Welcome to our spacious top floor flat a short walk to Calton Hill, Leith Walk and to the city centre. The nearest tram stop is a couple minutes walk and easy bus links. You'll be close to many amazing bakeries and coffee shops.
The flat itself is spacious (100m²) giving a lot of room for flatmates to hang out together or apart. There are two double bedrooms with beds and space for a desk if you so wish. There is a separate study, living room and big kitchen for you to cook amazing meals. Being a top floor flat gives you a good view and extra heating from the downstairs neighbours!
Council tax is around £200 and Electricity is between £100-200 depending on use. This would be split between two flatmates. The flat is furnished but doesn't have couches.
