Flat is 1st floor in quiet neighbourhood. There is parking on the street, however it can get busy so space could be limited or not directly near the flat. I'm a 51yrs old guy, single, not working. The flat has wifi, gas central heating.
The room has a tv with apps- Netflix, YouTube, and iPlayer, but a Firestick or equivelent can be used.

There is a cooker/hob and main oven, a microwave oven with oven and grill facility, Fridge, limited freezer space- (possibly a mini freezer could be arranged) Air-Fryer, but no grill, and cupboard space in the kitchen. Plus a washing machine and tumble dryer, but no dishwasher so that will have to be done by hand.
