Room available in Newington

Room available in Newington from Nov 25th in 3bed flat due to our housemate moving in with his partner. Move in date could be from as early as Nov 19th if required.

Flat is 3bed, 1bath, spacious kitchen and separate living room. The room available is the biggest in the flat with two double wardrobes, and a huge built in desk. Newer than a lot of Marchmont/Newington flats so easy to keep warm which is a huge plus at this time of year!

The building has a carpark if you have a car. Super great location, close to the Meadows, summerhall, uni etc.

Youd be living with 2 women, one 29yr old from New Zealand and one 27yr old from Scotland. We are super friendly, both work full time and are busy with our own hobbies but we cook together and hang out in the flat in the evenings. Between us we love hiking, camping, knitting, music gigs, reading, biking and many other things.

Queer friendly! Open to professionals or students willing to pay council tax.

Potentially an opportunity to also move in friends as I am also moving back to NZ over the winter.

Rent is £700 plus bills and council tax
