Furnished room available from November 24th.
Lovely flat situated on Lochend Park View. 5 min away from the Meadowbank Shopping Center (Lidl, Sainsburys, a gym etc.) and from several bus stops. The flat is around a 25 min walk from the city center and the old town.
The flat is situated on the 6th floor (there is a lift), so we have gorgeous views of Arthur Seat from our living room windows.
You will be sharing the flat with me. I'm ideally looking for someone around my age so in their late 20s or early 30s.
Rent is £662.5 (not including bills and coucil tax).
The flat is available from 24th November.
If you're interested, please drop me a message and we can schedule a viewing. Thank you! 😊
