Available for Monday-Friday lettings only (or 2-3 nights per week) and for 1 person only, so would suit a professional commuting to Edinburgh for work. No hybrid workers either.

Bright double with own bathroom in a friendly, well-situated modern flat, just off the top of Leith Walk. The room overlooks a green, leafy park. Close to the theatre, cinema, gym, local shops, and amenities, and conveniently located for many bus routes and very close to Macdonald Road Tram stop.

To share with the owner, occupier, a professional female who is friendly and considerate. I am normally out a couple of nights per week, but do like a flat-mate who is happy to have the odd chat, share a glass of wine (occasionally), and interact.

Would suit a 'house-trained' professional commuting to work in Edinburgh during the week, looking for a Monday-Friday arrangement or Monday - Wednesday/Thursday or Tuesday-Thursday. I'm not really looking for hybrid workers who wish to work from home either, although the occasional day would be ok.

Warm, comfortable, and home from home, with the most comfortable sofas in the world, so I am told. The room will be cleaned and bedding changed regularly.

The rent stated is PCM and includes all bills (assuming reasonable use of energy). Sorry, no smoking or pets in the flat.
