Rooms are carpeted, fully furnished with double bed, built in mirrored wardrobe, desk, bed side drawers etc.
The flat is really spacious in a modern building with free dedicated parking space.

Local shops, Sainsburys, takeaway, bars handy along with Meadowbank retail park gym and stadium only a 10min walk away also.

I am the live in landlord but often working away, I rent my room on Airbnb while away (single occupancy only) so looking for someone who likes people!

We have another room becoming available 3rd October so you can help in new housemate decision too.

A cleaner services the common areas approximately monthly (but please upkeep in-between!) ; living room, hall, kitchen bathroom.

Community is Abbeyhill area, just off London road, 2 mins walk from Holyrood Park and 5 from Royal mile.

Lothian Bus routes: 1, 4, 5, 15, 19, 26, 34, 35, 36, 44, 45

Rent per month includes bills: council tax, unlimited wireless broadband, factor fees.

Addition bills:
Gas & Electric is topped up online based on usage, £40 each per month.
Note I've just cancelled the TV licence so if you require one please do let me know.
