The room is in an apartment which is owned and managed by me. It is located in the south area of Edinburgh, so is particularly good for both professionals or students studying a the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary Campus and Kings Buildings Campus. The apartment is also on major bus routes to get into the city centre, which only takes 10 minutes. The apartment benefits from FREE on street parking.

The apartment comprises of 4 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and additional hall storage, with gas central heating and double glazing throughout. All rooms come fully furnished with computer desks, all bedding and locks on the bedroom doors for security and privacy.

The apartment complies with the Edinburgh Council HMO standard and I am a registered Landlord with the Council, (Landlord Registered , Please ensure your landlord is the same where ever you stay for your own safety). All rooms have smoke detectors and fire doors fitted as standard, so no smoking is permitted in the apartment.
